Недавно проверил работу нагревательного стола сделанного по аналогии <a href="http://reprap.org/wiki/Mendel_heated_bed">с этим</a> (мой вариант можно посмотреть ниже в галерее). Работал он чесно говоря не очень. Я не правильно расчитал сопротивление проволоки и у меня получилась можность где-то 40Вт на 15 вольтах. К тому же у меня не получилось плотно приклеить провод к алюминиевой пластине и нихром прожег , в некоторых местах, каптоновую ленту и начал топорщиться. Это привело к ещё большей потере мощности. В итоге стол смог за 15 минут разогреться только до 80˚C.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;"><span id="more-1919"></span>Тен</h2>
<p>Все это меня достаточно сильно огорчило. Я уже задумался над изготовлением(или покупкой) нагревательного стола из печатной платы. Однако я вспомнил что у меня валяется дисковый тен от чайника на 2.2кВт. Проблема только была в том как его вынуть. Сначала я мытался отпаять его электрическим паяльником, но ничего не получилось. Позже выяснилось что это был литой алюминий ИМХО. Я просто решил отпилить балгаркой каемочку которая выступала по краю, чтобы его можно було плотно прижать к столу. Далее когда я начал поправлять заусенцы по краю, лист нержавейки отслоился. Я сунул туда отвертку и оторвал его. Потом просвели в нем кремежные отверстия нарезал резьбу и прикрутил к столу. Получилась достаточно элегантная конутрукция.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: center;">Управление теном</h2>
<p>В качестве управления я взял опто тиристор <a href="http://devhead.ru/download/reprap/TO125.djvu">ТО125-12.5 75 </a>. Им очень легко управлять, не нужно никакой обвязки, всё уже внутри. Я подключил его через резистор в 200 ом к существующему полевому транзистору на плате. К тому же частота ШИМ'а в прошивке Marlin 7Hz таким образо можно не парить ся на счет фазового управления. Но в использовании именно тиристора есть другая проблема. Т.к. это по сути диод он пропускает только одну полуволну, действующая мощность получилась в 2 раза меньше, но даже 1.1кВт это дофига по сравнению с жалкими 100-200Вт в столе на печатной плате.</p>
